1 Bed Apartment


	This purpose built spacious one bedroom apartment is ideally suited to a family. The bedroom itself is very large, comprising of a king size double bed with an optional pull down double bed facility, appropriate for young children sharing with parents. The lounge area also offers a comfortable double sofa bed. The apartment comes complete with shower room, fitted kitchenette including oven, hob and microwave as well as a lounge and dining area. TV and cable links are also provided. Linen and towels are changed on a weekly basis. Other facilities to make use of in the apartment block include; a wash room with washing machine and tumble drying facilities, a sauna and gym available to guests free of charge. There is also a coffee/wine bar to socialise and to enjoy a beverage or two! Our Rates: Based on four people sharing for one week: Low season (April – mid November) ₤175 Mid season (All other times) ₤225 High season (Christmas/New Year and Half term week of February 11^th 2007) ₤350 (Minimum stay 2 days) A ₤50 supplement per person will be applied for six guests sharing to cover such sundries as linen and towels. Starter packs containing basics such as milk, bread, tea, coffee and sugar are available upon request – there will be a small charge for this.
